What does managed services actually cover — what functions do you run end-to-end?
We run payroll operations, HR compliance and labour law management, contractor lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding), multi-country workforce reporting, vendor coordination, and statutory filings. The exact scope is defined in a discovery session and locked into your SLA before we begin. You can start with one function and expand.
What is the difference between EOR and Managed Services — do I need both?
EOR provides a compliant employment wrapper for a specific named employee in a specific country. Managed Services covers entire operational functions end-to-end — payroll runs, compliance monitoring, contractor management — under SLA-backed delivery. Many clients use both: EOR for their directly employed staff, Managed Services for operational functions like contractor management, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Do we lose control of our operations when StratGrid manages them?
No. You retain full strategic control — you define the KPIs, outcomes, and service benchmarks. StratGrid owns the operational execution layer: the tasks, filings, reporting, and vendor management. You set the direction; we handle the delivery.
Can we start with one function and expand — or do we need to commit to everything upfront?
You can absolutely start with a single function — payroll processing, for example — and expand to additional functions over time. There is no requirement to bundle services. Most clients start with one or two functions and expand as they see results.
How are SLAs structured — what happens if you miss one?
SLAs are defined in your engagement agreement and cover response times, delivery timelines, reporting cadence, and escalation paths. If we miss an SLA, you receive a service credit. Persistent SLA failures give you the right to exit with no penalty.
Which countries do you cover for managed services?
We cover 85+ countries. Our primary expertise is India, Philippines, Poland, Mexico, South Africa, and the US. For other jurisdictions we operate through trusted in-country partners under our oversight.
How long does it take to transition an existing function to StratGrid?
A typical transition takes 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. We run a structured handover: discovery, documentation, parallel running, and then full handover. Zero operational disruption is our commitment.
