Yes, we manage all of them. That includes Provident Fund contributions, Employee State Insurance for eligible employees, gratuity after five years of continuous service, and statutory leave. We calculate, file and pay these for you and share monthly reports.
Payroll runs monthly in INR and is paid straight to the employee’s bank account with an itemised payslip. Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST, and international clients in USD, on Net 10 terms with no deposit.
You do. Our employment agreements include IP assignment clauses that transfer all work product to your company, drafted to be enforceable under Indian law.
PE risk arises when a foreign company’s activities create a taxable presence in a country. Because StratGrid is the legal employer in India, your company does not employ anyone there directly, which reduces that exposure.
