Our story
We spent years watching good companies lose months to the wrong hiring setup. A talented engineer in Bengaluru waiting six weeks to be onboarded. A growing team paying four different vendors to do one job. A founder spending far too much time on HR admin instead of the business.
The options were either built for 10,000-person enterprises or were point tools you had to stitch together yourself. Neither worked for a company that needs to move fast.
So we built StratGrid: one accountable partner for Employer of Record, resource augmentation and managed services, backed by our own software. We employ your people, run their payroll and handle compliance, so you can get on with the work.

StratGrid and StratEdge Global were set up by the same founders, for ease of doing business in India and internationally. Neither is the parent or subsidiary of the other.
India
That is us. We employ teams, run payroll and compliance, and build and operate the EmpleYor and NavTri platforms. Contract with us directly for INR invoicing with GST.
USA
A separate company under the same ownership, based in Sheridan, Wyoming. Clients who need a US contracting entity can sign with StratEdge Global.

StratGrid Private Limited is an Indian private limited company owned by its founders. The same founders also own StratEdge Global LLC in the USA. The two are independent companies, and neither is the parent or subsidiary of the other.
Yes. For Employer of Record and resource augmentation engagements, StratGrid Private Limited is the legal employer in India. We issue employment contracts and handle payroll, PF, ESI, TDS and statutory compliance.
If you are happy to contract with an Indian company and pay in INR, you can work with StratGrid directly. If you need a US contracting entity, you can sign with StratEdge Global LLC, and StratGrid delivers the work.
Yes. StratGrid is recognised by DPIIT under the Startup India programme and is GST-registered.
